Brendon and Tom burn the midnight oil for an instant reaction to Monday night's championship game, which saw Virginia take down Texas Tech in overtime. They talk Virginia's unbelievable run to the title with three straight nailbiters and discuss just how impressive the Cavaliers' offense played against Texas Tech. They have a recap of the game's biggest moments and also discuss the national semifinals from Saturday. Oh, and they talk about Chris Mullin's resignation. 

In this week’s episode, Brendon and Tom recap the 12 games of this past weekend as the Final Four field was set. Virginia beat Purdue in the game of the weekend before Duke’s disappointing season came to a close with a loss to a worthy Michigan State. Texas Tech continues its amazing run, and Auburn finally has its act together. They pick the Final Four. It may not be for the casual basketball fan, but it will be intriguing nonetheless.

In this week's episode, Brendon and Tom go through the first 48 -- or is it 52 -- games of the NCAA tournament and look ahead to the regionals. They break the news of Kyle Smith's decision to go to Washington State, but they also talk Duke-UCF and the other close games of the first weekend. Then they rank which of the remaining teams they're rooting for before picking the Sweet 16 and Elite Eight games. One of them picked against Duke!

In Episode 22, Brendon and Tom preview the field of 68 with predictions that will be proven wrong starting at roughly 12:15 p.m. ET on Thursday. (Or maybe during the First Four!) They ask unanswerable questions such as why Michigan State is in Duke's region and go through every first-round game. Which top team is most likely to fall before the second weekend and which team is most likely to make a surprise run to the Sweet 16?

Brendon and Tom recorded three hours before the Selection Show but talked about more than the field of 68. They touched on some of the conference tournaments, where Duke would rank without Zion Williamson and the future of Giorgi Bezhanishvili at Illinois.
